Hydra Farming - Guild Wars Forums

Ok, now don't let the title get you sad because it's a frequently talked about topic.

I made a new build (to me, at least) used to farm on the hydras outside Augury Rock. It works brilliantly, but I'm just wondering if it's worth it. Do the hydras drop anything good at all? Is it worth the effort?

IMO, no. The drops are few and far. Not worth the time and effort compared to Fow Spiders/Forest or even Underworld.

hydrae = great place to practice farm builds
when they actually do drop gold, tho, they tend to be pretty nice

Yeah, I noticed that even trashy drops weren't as common as other places. The gold is good, and the XP is very good, if you're soloing. Yeah, I think I'll take this build elsewhere. Thanks guys.
